Miroshnik: We are evacuating residents so as to destroy the Ukrainian Armed Forces without looking back
The Ukrainian Armed Forces began to use cannon artillery on the contact line.
Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the LPR Rodion Miroshnik stated this in an interview with the YouTube channel Solovyov.live, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We haven’t seen this for several years, when there are practically no areas where shelling was not carried out. Mortars of various categories are used to the maximum, and barrel artillery is beginning to be used more and more actively. It is capable of penetrating long distances, and Donbass is a fairly densely populated area,” Miroshnik said.
That is why the leadership of the LDPR decided to evacuate the civilian population.
“Evacuation is a forced measure that we are forced to resort to in order to free our hands. We need to conduct full-fledged combat operations. Nobody is going to back down. No one has taken a step back, but we understand the dangers. We understand that Ukraine may begin to wage war on civilians. Therefore, we must remove people from the line of fire. Nobody except Russia can provide us with such protection,” Miroshnik said.
