The OSCE mission accused Ukraine of violating the Minsk agreements
The ongoing blockade of roads to the LDPR by the Ukrainian side contradicts the Minsk agreements. First Deputy Head of the OSCE SMM Alexander Hug stated this at a press conference in Donetsk.

According to him, free movement on roads, as well as their demining, must be unquestioningly carried out, without reservations about “insufficient security.”
“The Minsk agreements do not limit freedom of movement across the contact line. All roads that cross the contact line and which are currently closed must be opened. There is no reason why they should remain closed... In particular, paragraph 6 of the Minsk agreements states that all installed mines must be removed, without any specifications. So, the excuse that the situation is not secure enough or that there is no order is not a sufficient reason,” Hug said.
