The OSCE mission confirmed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing for an offensive in Donbass
During the period from December 15 to 16, the OSCE monitoring mission recorded a large accumulation of military equipment of the Ukrainian army outside the designated weapons storage areas and in violation of the withdrawal lines.
This was reported by the telegram channel “Daily War” with reference to the OSCE SMM report, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.
Thus, the OSCE recorded that outside the withdrawal lines, but outside the designated weapons storage areas, the Ukrainian Armed Forces positioned the following equipment:
December 15:
1 anti-aircraft missile system (9K33 "Osa") near the village. Podgorodnoe village (73 km north of Donetsk);
1 anti-aircraft missile system (9K33) near n. Verkhnekamyanka village (84 km north-west of Lugansk);
1 anti-aircraft missile system (9K33) near n. Spornoe village (96 km north of Donetsk);
1 anti-aircraft gun and missile system (2K22 "Tunguska") and 3 anti-aircraft missile systems (9K35 "Strela-10") at the railway station in the village. Rubezhnoe village (84 km north-west of Lugansk);
1 anti-aircraft gun and missile system (2K22) near the village. Nikolaevka village (77 km west of Lugansk);
1 mortar (unspecified type) in n. Lisichansk village (75 km north-west of Lugansk);
60 tanks (T-64) at the railway station in Konstantinovka.
December 16:
11 tanks (T-72) at the railway station in Konstantinovka.
Weapons placed in violation of withdrawal lines:

18 self-propelled howitzers (2S1 “Gvozdika”, 122 mm)
6 anti-tank guns (MT-12 “Rapier”, 100 mm) at the railway station in the village. Konstantinovka village (60 km north of Donetsk).
“It is worth noting that this equipment did not appear in earlier reports of the OSCE SMM. That is, more than 70 tanks and a couple of dozen artillery systems have just arrived in the region. Moreover, where, according to the DPR, at the end of December The Ukrainian army intends to launch a massive offensive", notes Daily War.
