The OSCE mission confirmed: under the pretext of repairing the plant, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will equip new positions
The agreements on a ceasefire and the withdrawal of weapons under the pretext of repairing the structures of the phenol plant were used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to equip new positions. This fact once again confirms that the Ukrainian side cannot be trusted, and it systematically violates all agreements and uses them for its own purposes.

“On 14 February, in government-controlled areas, the SMM spotted one BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicle and four armored reconnaissance patrol vehicles (one BRDM-1 and three BRDM-4) near Popasna (2km west of Luhansk), as well as three stationary BRDM -1 near the village of Orekhovo-Donetskoye (69 km north-west of Lugansk).
Based on aerial surveillance data as of February 7, four new positions were discovered at a distance of about 1 km to the northeast, southeast, southwest and northwest of the slurry reservoir located near the phenol plant in the settlement of Novgorodskoye (controlled by government, 35 km north of Donetsk),” the message says.
