OSCE mission: Ukrainians are mining fields with anti-tank mines

The Ukrainian military continues to mine agricultural fields, which often leads to civilian casualties.
This is stated on the official website OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The SMM noted the presence of mines. On 3 April, an SMM mini-UAV spotted for the first time at least 50 anti-tank mines (probably TM-62) laid in a field south of the road, about 1,6km east of Popasna (government-controlled, 69km west of Luhansk ) (they were not in the images dated February 28, 2018),” the message says
