OSCE mission: Ukrainian military placed artillery in the gardens of civilians in Donbass
The Ukrainian military continues to violate international conventions and, under the guise of civilians in Donbass, places artillery in the courtyards of residential buildings.
This is stated on the official OSCE website, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“In government-controlled areas, observers recorded the following violations of the withdrawal lines:
– 2 self-propelled howitzers (2S3 “Akatsia”, 152 mm), standing on the plots of houses in a residential area of the village of Vidrodzhennia (66 km north-east of Donetsk),
– 3 fixed multiple launch rocket systems (BM-21 “Grad”, 122 mm) on the territory of the facility near the settlement of Topolinoye (19 km northwest of Mariupol);
– 6 fixed anti-tank guns (MT-12 “Rapier”, 100 mm) near the settlement of Novopavlovka (56 km southwest of Donetsk),” the OSCE report says.
