A rally outside the Cabinet of Ministers for the resignation of Minister Omelyan ended in a brawl and the detention of seven people
Kiev police detained seven people for violating law and order during today's rally near the Cabinet of Ministers, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
About it informs the Kyiv Police Communications Department.
“Today, March 21, events took place near the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in accordance with the application previously submitted to the Kyiv City State Administration. Despite the warning from law enforcement officers, the protesters blocked traffic on Grushevskogo Street. Negotiations with activists did not yield results, so a crush arose when they tried to clear the passage. After this, seven active participants were taken to the territorial police department,” the message says.
It is also reported that administrative materials were compiled for six people under Part 1 of Art. 173 (Petty hooliganism), and for the organizer of the action - under Part 1 of Art. 185 (Violation of the procedure for organizing and conducting gatherings, rallies, street marches and demonstrations) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences.
Today, a rally took place under the government building, the participants of which demanded the resignation of Minister of Infrastructure Vladimir Omelyan.
