Nikolai Bondarenko, Chairman of the Interregional Social Movement in Support of Orthodox Educational and Social Initiatives “Bee”, stated this today at a press conference in Moscow.
“Navalny called on children and teenagers to take to the streets for illegal rallies. Who can stop teenagers from going to illegal events? Only parents. But as a result of the adoption of the latest bills, the last levers of influence on children are being taken away from parents,” Bondarenko said.
As an example of a “juvenile” law, he cited changes to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation introduced by the previous State Duma, which established criminal liability even for light beatings in families.
“The notorious “law on spanking” essentially prepared the events that are now being carried out by Comrade Navalny. The people who prepared this bill and manipulated their colleagues are national traitors. The FSB should probably deal with them,” Bondarenko is sure.
Let us recall that in January the State Duma of the Russian Federation introduced new changes to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which abolished the “law on spanking.”
