The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine wants to introduce a comprehensive system for the safe conduct of peaceful assemblies and introduce the Scandinavian model of maintaining public order, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We will introduce a comprehensive system for the safe conduct of peaceful assemblies, including through appropriate legislative changes, fully implement the Scandinavian model of ensuring public order, introduce new algorithms for effective communication with organizers and participants of mass events, and implement other necessary measures,” the text of the program says .
On September 29, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the government's action program. The government will present the program this week. In general, the Government Action Program consists of 17 sections, distributed among individual ministries. The European integration block is included in a separate section.
