The document was presented on Thursday at the Rivne regional administration and signed on behalf of the UOC-MP by Metropolitan Anthony of Sarny and Polesie, as well as Metropolitan Bartholomew of Rivne.

The document also bears the signatures of schismatics from the UOC-KP, UAOC, Greek Catholics, etc.

“During the signing, it was clear that Bartholomew was nervous,” reports "Exactly Evening".

Earlier, Protodeacon Andrei Kuraev predicted that the political conflict between Kiev and Moscow could provoke a new split in the UOC-MP.
