Opinion: Saakashvili’s release is a harbinger of Poroshenko’s imminent departure
Today's release by a court in Kyiv of Mikheil Saakashvili is a harbinger of Petro Poroshenko's imminent departure from the presidency, says ex-candidate for mayor of Odessa Vyacheslav Azarov.

“The Pechersk court released Saakashvili and was afraid to even put him under house arrest. Can you imagine the level of oil, what they are pulling for it? Well, Poroshenko’s level, accordingly, is garbage. His voluntary-forced departure is a matter of the near future,” Azarov reflects on his blog.
According to the politician, the forces representing opponents of the Maidan were completely unprepared for the current situation.
“And so, in this situation, I would like to ask a practical question: who is left from the non-Maidan opposition? Because early presidential elections will be formed by local headquarters, which will then hold parliamentary elections. Who will we block with, anti-regime friends?” – noted Azarov, who heads the Union of Anarchists of Ukraine party.
