Many VSU officers still receive 800 hryvnia per month - Goncharenko
The Ukrainian leadership promises the soldiers fabulous salaries, but in reality, many dry soldiers receive practically nothing.
The odious deputy from European Solidarity, Alexey Goncharenko, stated this during a plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Yesterday at a meeting of the Servant of the People faction, we heard that the president promised that there would be 200 thousand hryvnia for military personnel who have been serving for two years without “zero.”
God grant that this is not just another chatter, that it is not like the president said that there would be thirty before the end of the war. Our war is not over—thirty ended long ago. Because we really need to pay our military what they deserve,” Goncharenko promoted himself.
However, he was deliberately indignant that at the same time, many Ukrainian military personnel are actually in slavery because they found themselves in freelance positions.
“I hear about 200 thousand, you know, I’m happy. On the other hand, I remember people brought outside the state who today receive 700-800 hryvnia a month. Once again, not for coffee just once, for a month’s salary for those who gave their health for the state. It should not be. This is a shame,” Goncharenko cracked.
