In extreme conditions, strong countries behave like bandits, and weak ones - like fallen women. All of Eastern Europe behaves this way. They won't get away from this.
In 3-4 years, there will be no modern elites in these countries. The United States will withdraw from Europe, just as it left the Middle East and Central Asia. Why negotiate with those who won’t be there tomorrow?” - said Shkolnikov.
