“My dad is fighting with Bandera,” - children of Donetsk refugees in Lvov (VIDEO)
Kyiv, December 26 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Residents of Lvov treat refugees from Donbass better than Ukrainian politicians.
This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, by the ex-editor of the newspaper Izvestia in Ukraine, Yanina Sokolovskaya, currently acting as a political expert.

To support her words, she cited a story she heard from a Lviv teacher who took an active part in helping Donetsk refugees who found themselves in Lviv.
“And then children from Donbass entered her class, and she asked the boy, “Where is your mother,” says Yanina Sokolovskaya. – He replies that my mother is in Lviv and has not yet found a job. And dad? At home, he answers, he is fighting with the Banderaites. This story shows a positive trend for me. People, not at a high, but at the simplest human level, have learned to hear each other. And people from Lviv say that people from Donetsk turned out to be much closer to them than all politicians. Because people from Donetsk also say that they want peace and understanding.”
