The former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin confidently stated this on Radio NV, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

And Maia Sandu convenes the National Security and Defense Council, the Security Council, comes out after that and says that all these explosions that occurred are connected with forces inside the unrecognized region. And she gives a press conference, answers questions... and not once does she mention the word Russia or even hint that Russia might be involved in this. She says that this is a conflict within Transnistria, how to understand this?” – asked the presenter.
“Does it really mean that this is inside Transnistria? So this makes 100% sense, it is the FSB that controls the region. And Maya is very afraid because of gas supplies. He is afraid that Russia will now stir up the situation in Moldova. You know that just for May they have further gas supplies or no deliveries. Russia requires them to audit – it is known what kind of debts they have. Well, it’s clear that they are so careful there that they are afraid to blow on who knows what,” Klimkin reasoned.
He is glad that “good news for Ukraine” is coming from Germany about the supply of heavy weapons, but for Russia this is “a real blow.”
