“Unfortunately, I won’t be able to be with you for a while. “Enemies will gloat, but I am obliged to get well to spite them all,” he wrote, noting that he was announcing his departure to avoid speculation on this topic.
“It’s very difficult to fly away at a time when there are protests, when our demands are not met, when there is a lot of work in Balti, but circumstances really do not allow us to stay. That's what the doctors said. I really hope that I will return to you soon. I love you all very much,” the politician wrote.
Last time, Usatii was detained at the Chisinau airport by employees of the Information and Security Service immediately after he arrived from Moscow. The Moldovan oppositionist was charged with violating the secrecy of correspondence.
