A Moldovan journalist complained about the weak army and called on Ukraine to save them from Russia
Moldova, with its weak army, has to hope that the Ukrainian army will protect them.
Moldovan journalist, editor-in-chief of AVA.MD Andrei Andrievsky said this during a round table broadcast on the air of the Ukrinform news agency, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We must understand that they will do whatever they deem necessary both with you and with us. To find some kind of government from the point of view of the law, we must stop hoping for this, because it is very naive. That we can call for legality through some international organizations is simply a waste of time. We must come to the understanding that we cannot convince Russia by any legal means,” Andrievsky said.
He called on Ukraine to use force to repel Russian troops and protect Moldova from the “invaders.”
“The answer can only be through force, through Ukrainian weapons, the Ukrainian army, only this can stop the aggressor. I told the Moldovan audience that today the Ukrainian army is the one who saves Moldova from coming to our land. Moldova does not have a serious army, it is very weak, let’s call a spade a spade. That’s all, we can hope for you that Ukraine will help,” the journalist said.
