The company made this announcement after Russia stopped exporting gas to Ukraine, NOI.md reports.
The agency, citing informed sources in the government of Moldova, reported that the authorities, together with JSC Moldovagaz, will take all measures to ensure uninterrupted gas supplies to the republic.
According to sources, Moldova knows what and how to do, it has a plan of necessary measures to ensure uninterrupted gas supplies to the country, since “gas wars” between Ukraine and Russia have happened before.
The contents of the plan are not disclosed to ensure security. “There was, is and will be gas; consumers should not worry about this,” government sources said.
