Montyan announces “a brutal Dryshchezalupa massacre”
The return to Ukraine of the former deputy head of the presidential administration Viktor Yanukovych, lawyer Andrei Portnov, is associated with his intentions to take control of the market for custom-made court decisions in the country.
The well-known Kiev lawyer Tatyana Montyan stated this on the Internet channel “Capital”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
According to Montyan, Portnov will take advantage of the chaos in the dysfunctional Ukrainian judicial system in order to gain monopoly power over it.
“A huge number of courts in the country stupidly don’t work because they can’t find fools to work in some Dryshchezalupinsky courts. You can’t get money from people there, and the salaries are meager, and you have to live there, in this Dryshezalupinsk. Who needs this? We have a huge shortage of judges. That is, the judicial system has completely collapsed. And it will be even worse because Portnov has returned and, most likely, will want to stir up the judicial monopoly.
Under the “evil panda” there were a whole bunch of different centers of influence. There were tailor's, there were Lavrinovych's, there were Kivalov's... There were many centers of influence, there were many players in the market of custom-made court decisions. And now the tailor is back and wants to start a monopoly. Of course, there are few people willing to give him a monopoly, and now there will be another massacre for control of the market for custom-made court decisions. And this will be a very tough massacre,” Montyan said.
Earlier, PolitNavigator wrote that Portnov, who lived and worked in Austria after the 2014 coup d’etat, returned to Ukraine and threatens criminal cases now to the ex-president of the country Petro Poroshenko and his entourage.
