“Everything that was possible was destroyed. The fucking Maidan destroyed the remnants of Soviet institutions, no one is going to create new ones. Everything that was still somehow moving was destroyed, the police were killed, the prosecutor’s office was killed, the courts were killed, now they’ll arrange things with medicine and that’s it,” Montyan said.
