The Minsk agreements, which provide for the beginning of the federalization of Ukraine, were rejected by Kiev; there is no other peaceful resolution to the conflict in Donbass.

Kiev lawyer Tatyana Montyan stated this on her YouTube channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Of course, federalization can save, but no one will create any kind of federalization, this is already clear,” Montyan said, answering one of the questions.

“We should try within the framework of the Minsk agreements, because, strictly speaking, there are no other options,” the lawyer noted.

In her opinion, the leadership in Kyiv has no desire to end the war in Donbass.

“The people on whom its termination depends have only a desire to cut military budgets and engage in mega-geopolitics,” said Tatyana Montyan.
