Kyiv, March 30 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Maidan supporters, who sincerely believed that life in Ukraine would improve after the revolution, were cruelly deceived. Lawyer Tatyana Montyan stated this on Radio Vesti.

According to her, Ukraine could have followed relatively its own path, but instead chose direct subordination to the West.

“These are deceived victims of scammers. They thought that life would really improve. In fact, life can never improve from the collapse of statehood. Going out on the Maidan to shout: “Give us lace panties and the EU” and immediately ending up in Europe is nonsense. There is a technological process for turning a garbage dump into a normal country. And now people will be able to compare partial external control of Russia with direct control from the United States. And check out their standard of living in general,” Montyan said.
