Montyan: This is not an ATO, but a civil war
Kyiv, March 15 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – After the seizure of power by Maidan supporters and the flight of Viktor Yanukovych from the country, not the ATO, but a civil war began in Ukraine. Human rights activist Tatyana Montyan stated this on the Odessa TV channel Media-inform.

According to her, Ukrainian citizens are fighting on both sides.
“We are guaranteed to treat all people, regardless of what they have done, as citizens of Ukraine. Even if they are a hundred times murderers, maniacs, villains and barmalei. Otherwise, we announce that the Criminal Code will cease to operate on the territory of Ukraine. I believe that there is a civil war going on in our country, and exactly the same killers are killing people on the other side. Citizens of Ukraine kill other citizens of Ukraine – this is a civil war,” Montyan assures.
