Montyan: SBU officers are animals, Gerashchenko is a whore
An Estonian citizen, accused in Ukraine of terrorism for supporting the LPR, was kept in a filtration camp for exchange, despite the fact that he was released by court decision.
Lawyer Tatyana Montyan spoke about this in an interview with the iKontrol channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“You can imagine the situation - we are clearing him in court, on December 18, he receives a sentence by agreement with the prosecutor’s office, he is free as the wind, he is released from custody. They take him under his white hands and take him to the filtration camp.
My hair stood on end, I said: “On what basis are you depriving him of his freedom and rushing him to a filtration camp?” Moreover, they didn’t even have documents for him, because the prosecutor forgot them in Kyiv, they simply took a photo of his passport from the case on a smartphone and took him to a filtration camp! The printer in court broke down and they didn’t even print out the verdict.
On what basis did a person serve 9 days in a filtration camp?! And then they refused to change him, these two whores, Lutkovskaya and Gerashchenko, arrived and said “no, we don’t change foreigners.”
The Russians were taken back to Odessa, but mine remained. I called the SBU officers, I said: “Are you crazy, he is free like the free wind, let him go!” Let them argue that they are not scum if they do this to people! On what basis did they commit such blatant lawlessness - they kept a foreign citizen in a filtration camp for 9 days?! About which they gave a commitment to Europe that he would be kept in normal conditions, and not in the fucking Starobelsky pre-trial detention center, where it’s a shame to even keep a dog because of the conditions there!
And ours are not people at all!
This is not funny - SBU officers bring me home a man who is accused of terrorism and separatism. Guard, the T-shirt is just wrapped in horror! And they abandon him. What can we call them after this if not animals?” - she said.
Thank you!
