Montyan: In Kyiv they realized that Russia can reach Transcarpathia
The Ukrainian army never went on the offensive in Donbass because both Ukraine and the West were afraid of a direct clash with the Russian army.
Lawyer Tatyana Montyan stated this in a comment to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
