Lawyer Tatyana Montyan stated this in an interview with Ukraina.Ru, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Do you know anyone on this list other than a couple of names? No. But Putin, it turns out, knows, and even created a special fund for their destruction. Only the most complete and insane can believe this. This no longer works even on the most rabid Maydowns.
