“Mosiychuk himself, during the pre-trial investigation, actually admitted that he received bribes under the circumstances that were outlined to him in the report of suspicion,” he said.

At the same time, a video was shown in which Mosiychuk actually admits to receiving a bribe.

In turn, Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin said that the investigation into criminal proceedings against Igor Mosiychuk has been completed, he and the lawyers are getting acquainted with the case materials.

“The case is completed, Mosiychuk, his lawyer and the victims are getting acquainted with the case materials,” he said at a briefing in Kyiv.
