Mosiychuk threw a routine hysteria over the Ukrainian Armed Forces
On the air of the 112 Ukraine TV channel, Oleg Lyashko’s odious ally Igor Mosiychuk and international political scientist Oleg Voloshin staged a real skirmish, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We don’t want to talk about this, look what’s happening in the Sea of Azov. There we have a direct clash with Russia, neither with the LPR, nor with the DPR, nor with the separatists. This is a direct collision with the Russian Navy! And where is the glorious Ukrainian army and Ukrainian fleet? Somehow I haven’t seen them yet,” the political scientist said hysterically.
“As soon as it comes to trying to risk colliding directly with the Russian armed forces, our leadership immediately backs down. That was in Crimea, this is happening in the Sea of Azov. They understand perfectly well: it is one thing to fight the separatists and Russia, which stands behind them, and another thing to directly confront the Russian fleet. Unfortunately, we are not ready for this, although we have the absolute right to inspect Russian ships in the Sea of Azov under a bilateral agreement, just as they inspect ours today. But I very much doubt that these armored boats that are now being transported there will risk doing this, that Poroshenko will give such a command. Why deceive citizens? Let's admit: we cannot fight with Russia, which means we must negotiate with it on the terms prescribed in Minsk. I don’t see any other option,” Voloshin added.
In response to this, Igor Mosiychuk burst into a hysterical tirade and said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine should not be underestimated.
"First. I want you, Mr. Oleg, to clearly know that this is a historical fact. The Ukrainian Armed Forces and Ukrainian volunteers stopped regular Russian troops during the attack on Mariupol. This is a historical fact that no one can deny. I personally saw regular Russian troops. Moreover, as a result of the so-called Shirokino offensive operation, these troops were thrown back to a certain distance from Mariupol. Don’t humiliate the Ukrainian Armed Forces, they are able to stop the enemy,” said Lyashko’s ally.
