First, they allowed the separatists to dig in in these cities, and now the infrastructure is being destroyed, civilians are dying, etc. And I can’t imagine how you can take Donetsk. If this fails in Lugansk, which has a population of 450 thousand, then I don’t see the possibility of taking the million-plus city of Donetsk,” says Gennady Moskal.
