“For the special operation, units of the Armed Forces, the military law enforcement service, the military prosecutor’s office, the military commandant’s office and the police will be involved. Security forces who illegally occupied private housing will be checked for unregistered weapons and cars, after which they will be taken to places of permanent deployment determined by the General Staff of Ukraine,” notes Moskal.
If during the period of illegal residence a debt arose for utility bills, the commanders of the offenders will be forced to pay it off.
Let us remind you that the conflict between Moskal and the volunteer battalions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has already become chronic. They cannot share power and control over the territory.
