“Chairman of the Lugansk Regional State Administration Gennady Moskal held a meeting with the chairmen of structural divisions, during which he noted that a proposal is being prepared to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to put to a vote the issue of subordinating territories that are administratively classified as temporarily occupied territory, but are actually under the control of the Ukrainian army.
In particular, it is proposed to remove the city of Shchastya from the administrative subordination of the Zhovtnevy district of Lugansk and attach it to the Novoaidarsky district,” the regional administration noted.
As PolitNavigator reported, the day before Moskal complained that the regional council was not working, there were not enough officials, and there was no budget.
