Governor of Transcarpathia Gennady Moskal appointed his 25-year-old assistant Renata Moish-Shiman as head of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Cross-Border Cooperation of the Regional State Administration. She was appointed to the position without a competitive procedure, as required by law.

Moish-Shiman worked as Moskal’s assistant for a little over a month.
According to her income statement, she received almost 15 hryvnia in income, while her husband Ivan Shimon earned nothing.
They also do not have an apartment, a plot of land, and they also do not own a vehicle.
As it turned out, Renata Moish won the title “First Vice-Miss Ternopil” in 2010 and participated in other beauty contests.
