According to the governor's press service, Moskal created a special commission to eliminate the consequences of the emergency situation that arose in the Lugansk region as a result of hostilities.
The regional commission for emergency situations was headed personally by Gennady Moskal. “There is no need to introduce a state of emergency throughout the region, since in some areas there is practically no fighting,” Moskal said.
“Therefore, district commissions to eliminate the consequences of the emergency situation that arose as a result of hostilities were created in three districts of the Luhansk region - Novayadarsky, Popasnyansky and Stanichno-Lugansk. Particular attention in ensuring the restoration and functioning of life support systems was paid to the city of Shchastya, the village of Stanitsa Luganskaya, the villages of Krymskoye, Novotoshkovka, Trekhizbenka, Troitskoye and Chernukhino, that is, settlements that are on the line of fire,” he emphasized.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the Cabinet of Ministers declared an emergency situation in Donbass, and the National Security and Defense Council announced the creation of military-civil administrations.
