A bus with soldiers of the 2nd operational regiment of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow arrived at the headquarters of the “Other Russia” in the north of the capital late on Monday evening. The police were accompanied by FSB operatives. The police detained seven National Bolsheviks and took them to the Voikovskoye police station.
“We were asked about channels for supplying ammunition for Novorossiya fighters,” an activist who introduced himself as Artyom told the publication.
The Other Russia party was one of the first to support DPR fighters; many of its activists are fighting in Donbass and sending humanitarian aid.
The next shipment arrived at the headquarters of “The Other Russia” just before the searches: 500 so-called unloadings (equipment for carrying ammunition) and a decommissioned riot police uniform. According to activists, it was she who interested the operatives.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs did not comment on the searches yesterday.
“It feels like they just want to make us understand that it’s time to stop traveling uncontrollably to Donetsk,” say activists of The Other Russia.
