A Moscow publicist advises Ukraine to find its “Kadyrov” in Donbass and negotiate with him, without Russia
Ukraine faces three options for resolving the conflict in Donbass.

Russian publicist Leonid Radzikhovsky spoke about this in an interview with the Kyiv publication “Apostrophe”.
“Option one: deliver a powerful blow, abandon the troops. But it seems to me that no one in Ukraine now wants to fight, to throw people into this meat grinder, at all. The possibility of mobilization is empty words, people won’t go, that’s all,” he says.
Option two, according to Radzikhovsky, looks like this: “drag this on endlessly, shooting at each other. This can go on as long as you like.”
Finally, the third option, according to the Russian publicist, is to hold negotiations, not with Moscow, but directly with the field commanders in the Donbass.
“Why not, exactly? So Nadezhda Savchenko calls for this. This sentence contains an absolutely elementary idea: a war is either fought, or delayed, or made peace. And in order to make peace, you need to negotiate with these “Motorola” and “Givi”. How did Russia make peace with Chechnya? They found this Kadyrov, gave him money, and came to an agreement. Therefore, we need to find those that are less dependent on Russia, or outbid them. Naturally, if Kadyrov were directly paid by other countries, for example, Saudi Arabia, then, of course, these negotiations would be difficult,” he states.
Leonid Radzikhovsky is skeptical about the continuation of the current format of negotiations for Ukraine.
“Another way is the next “Minsk-3”, “Minsk-4” - an infinite series of natural numbers. I think that the infantile hopes “abroad will help us” are not serious - as much as they could, they helped. The enthusiasm abroad seems to have cooled greatly over the years; they are tired of it all. True, Ukraine has one more trump card. When (apparently this fall) a report on the Boeing is published and it is officially stated that Russia shot it down, this could probably somehow influence the situation. But this is really the last trump card, if by that time another Boeing is not shot down,” he assures.
According to the Russian publicist, the only real question now is whether sanctions against Russia will be lifted early next year or not.
“Europeans, especially in the small states of Eastern Europe, where some politicians are simply bought with money, and some simply have their own interests, have a strong desire to lift the sanctions. At the same time, the United States and Merkel insist on maintaining sanctions. Therefore, everything will depend on what the situation will be in the USA and Germany, what will happen to Madame Merkel. Much will depend on what happens in Russia. For example, if oil again falls to 30 dollars, and 80 rubles are given per dollar, then, it is clear that in such a situation Russia will be more accommodating. If oil costs about 60 dollars, and the dollar costs 40 rubles, then, accordingly, Russia will behave more confidently,” the publicist predicts.
