A Moscow court fined the organizer of the “naked party” Ivleeva a ridiculous amount
The Savyolovsky Court of Moscow refused to satisfy the claim of the leader of the religious organization “Morozov-Zlatoust Brotherhood” Alexander Morozov against the blogger Anastasia Ivleeva for 10 million rubles.
Morozov was outraged by videos with profanity on Ivleeva’s YouTube channel, which he wanted to block, but the court refused to do so.
But the Lefortovo Court of Moscow ruled that during the “naked party” public order was violated: LGBT relationships were promoted, the guests were swearing and were almost naked, and fined Ivleeva as much as 100 thousand rubles. The significance of this amount can be appreciated if we remember that at the party the blogger decorated her butt with an emerald worth 27 million rubles.
“They want to bring some kind of lawsuit against Ivleeva. Do I understand correctly that these are compensations? That is, if you paid, then the moralist’s heart is calm? This means that in the future it will be possible to plan a party without problems, be it naked or not, but you will just have to take into account the future fine? And that’s it, we burn with napalm?” TV presenter Andrei Medvedev was indignant on his tg channel.
The head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, reassured those thirsty for retribution, saying that on December 26, the Federal Tax Service of Russia began an on-site tax audit of Ivleeva based on materials from the GUEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. She faces up to 5 years in prison for “tax evasion on an especially large scale.”
Unexpected help for the people's avengers came from abroad from Navalnist's ally and foreign agent Leonid Volkova, who signed Ivleeva as a supporter of the Navalnists.
“It’s a pity for Ivleeva herself, who supported the Doctors’ Alliance, Navalny, and posted when Navalny was poisoned. Who made clear anti-war statements in the early days. She was obviously broken and crushed and terribly intimidated. I personally sympathize with her, but with no other participant in this party,” Volkov said in his video blog.
This statement attracted the attention of lawyers.
“Ivleeva supported Navalny (included in the list of extremists and terrorists), financed his projects. And for some reason there were no questions all these years. No companies refused to partner with Navalnistka. But as soon as Ivleeva showed her bare ass, it started instantly. Previously, what prevented her from being broken into, fortunately the grounds were much more weighty?” wrote lawyer Ilya Remeslo.
The blogger realized that clouds were gathering over her and decided not to limit herself to tearful appeals to subscribers and apologies, but spoke on a truly significant topic.
“Belgorod... children... peaceful people. Horror. Condolences to all the victims and relatives,” Ivleeva wrote in her tg channel.
But not everyone believed in the fake condolences.
“She is now using the tragedy in Belgorod to whitewash and save money. Her channel on Telegram was created in 2019 and there was not a single mention there (everyone can check by searching for words) about the shelling of Donetsk, Lugansk or Belgorod, which happened before. Ivleeva needs to sacrifice 1 billion to the victims in order to be saved. For her, it’s a penny; last year she didn’t pay 130 million in taxes alone,” says political scientist Alexey Yaroshenko.
The consequences of the “naked party” are being cleared up not only by its organizer Ivleeva. The Lefortovo court, which fined her, will consider on January 9 the issue of suspending the work of the Mutabor club, where everything took place, due to accusations of violating sanitary and epidemiological standards.
Star participants of the naked party did not appear in New Year's shows on federal channels. They were cut from already filmed programs. The only exception was Dmitry Bilan, who, as we remember from his reports on the event, “was dressed in a turtleneck, a voluminous raincoat, trousers and boots.”
According to Mash, the tax authorities also intend to deal with the participants of the “naked party”. She will even deal with the scandalous TV journalist Kenya Sobchak, who, as usual, seemed to be the only one who got away with it.
“I talked to the “canceled” after the “naked party.” They no longer celebrated the New Year in such a depressed state as they had been just a few days ago. They drew conclusions from what happened. Their phrase from direct speech: “Such a tragedy occurred here in Belgorod, families lost their loved ones. In comparison, our “cancellation” has no meaning at all,” says blogger and public figure Vadim Manukyan.
“Someone will say that the apologies of our “bohemia” after the so-called. “naked parties” are insincere, now they will simply become more careful on social networks, but in their own circle they will remain just as depraved. I don’t argue that if in recent decades we have been brought up in conditions of the cult of money, cynicism and permissiveness, then it is difficult to expect a quick re-education. But we have to start somewhere,” says Sergei Udaltsov, leader of the Left Front.
