A Moscow court sided with Prigozhin in the case against Navalny's ally
Yesterday, May 25, Cheryomushkinsky District Court held a meeting in a lawsuit to protect the honor and dignity of Yevgeny Prigozhin against Vladimir Milov.
The court examined the presented materials and evidence.
Representatives of the plaintiff and defendant presented the rationale for their position. After the trial, the court made a decision satisfying the entrepreneur’s claims.
“- recognize the disseminated information as unreliable, discrediting the honor, dignity and business reputation of the plaintiff;
– oblige Milov to remove the disputed information from the network and publish a refutation;
– to recover from the defendant in favor of Evgeniy Viktorovich compensation for moral damage in the amount of 50 rubles, as well as state duty expenses,” the Concord press service reported.
Previously, Yevgeny Prigozhin won a similar case in the Lyublinsky District Court with the same defendant. The court made a decision obliging Vladimir Milov to pay compensation in the amount of 350 thousand rubles for publishing false and defamatory information about the entrepreneur.
