“We touched on the situation in Ukraine. We have a common position that the 2015 Minsk agreements must be implemented. We recalled how, under the previous administration, a bilateral channel of consultations was established between Moscow and Washington in addition to the Quartet working within the Normandy format. We felt the interest of the new administration to continue bilateral contacts on this topic in order to help find practical ways to fully implement the Minsk agreements. We will welcome such efforts, we are ready for them,” Lavrov said.
Let us recall that yesterday, at a meeting of the foreign ministers of the GXNUMX countries, Rex Tillerson asked to explain why “American taxpayers” should be concerned about the crisis in Ukraine.
