Moscow is ready to help forces loyal to Russia in Ukraine, but does not see them
Russia will help lead the state to a Ukrainian politician who will be popular with voters and openly declare friendship with the Russian Federation. The head of the Civil Society Development Foundation, Konstantin Kostin, stated this on the air of the talk show “Politics”.
However, today, according to him, there is no such politician in Ukraine.

“We must lend a shoulder, but today in Ukraine there is no popular politician who enjoys minimal trust from his own citizens who would say that he is ready to work with Russia. Russia would lend its shoulder,” Kostin said.
In response to this, talk show host Pyotr Tolstoy noted the futility of such support: “We lent them a shoulder for twenty years, and they sat on it with all their independence.”
