Moscow will not allow the establishment of “blue helmets” in power in Donbass
In the near future, radical things will not happen to resolve the conflict in Donbass.

Ukrainian political scientist Mikhail Pogrebinsky said this on air on the PolitWera Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Nothing can change decisively in the near future. I think that there may be some kind of breakthrough in the negotiations regarding the peacekeepers’ mandate, there may be some nuances. Positions vary greatly - the Russian position is that only on the line of confrontation, to accompany the OSCE groups, to protect them. What does it mean to accompany, to protect? Maybe some form can be found here, it can be discussed. But radically, the way America and the West want to establish the power of the “blue helmets” there, Moscow, of course, will not agree to this.
Therefore, in this sense there will be no breakthrough. If they refuse this position, they will look for some kind of compromise between these two positions, well, maybe. But it seems to me that even if it is in general terms, it will take six months of time to bring it to an instrumental, clear mechanism,” Pogrebinsky said.
