The Ukrainian side changed the rhetoric at the negotiations in Minsk, but still does not take any action to stop the shelling of the Donbass republics and end the military conflict.
The representative of the LPR at the Minsk negotiations, Rodion Miroshnik, stated this on the TV channel “Russia 1”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.

There are dead military personnel from both sides, but civilians are constantly being injured in the DPR and LPR. Question: who is firing at them?
