Moscow will propose at a UN discussion the introduction of a peacekeeping contingent in Donbass, consisting of Russian blue helmets, which will most likely be rejected by the West.
The newspaper RBKDaily writes about this, citing a source close to the Russian delegation at the negotiations in Minsk on the Ukrainian crisis.

“Putin’s words about the resolution are purely an image move by the Kremlin to interrupt the agenda with the topic of peacekeepers, which Kiev regularly raises, the source is sure... According to his forecast, the Kremlin will draw up a resolution in such a way that it will be vetoed by the UN Security Council, since the document will most likely spell out participation of Russian armed forces in the peacekeeping contingent, and Ukraine’s Western partners and Kyiv will not agree to this,” the newspaper writes.
