“The program was designed until 2025 and included activities worth 330 billion rubles,” he noted. “We have now added about 223 billion, taking into account the extension of the program until 2027.”
This year, the construction and design of 113 facilities will be completed for a total amount of 78 billion rubles. Including more than 40 billion allocated for road construction, including the second stage of the Simferopol-Evpatoria-Mirny highway and the first stage of the south-eastern bypass of Simferopol from the Tavrida highway. About 34 billion rubles will be spent on the construction of social facilities and engineering infrastructure.
“We have a task to improve courtyards and public areas. From the reserve fund, 11,5 billion rubles will be received this year, due to which it is necessary to bring 347 courtyards and public areas to standard condition, replace 447 elevators and 107 roofs,” explained Gotsanyuk.
He added that the program for the improvement of public areas is also designed until 2027 and provides for annual work in at least 500 courtyards of apartment buildings.
