“May return” – Russian law enforcement agencies have no interest in Chichvarkin
Businessman Evgeny Chichvarkin, who fled to London, can freely return to Russia, but prefers to pretend to be a political emigrant.
Boris Titov, Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs under the President of Russia, stated this on air on the RTVY television channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“He has no problems returning to Russia. There are no criminal cases or preventive measures. He can arrive at any time and nothing will happen. He made this decision himself. He doesn’t want to return for reasons of principle,” Titov said.
Evgeny Chichvarkin regularly on the radio station “Echo of Moscow” calls on everyone to leave Russia, because “everything here will slowly sink into Soviet crap.” He also stated that 80% of Russians “are less intelligent than dogs” and should therefore be deprived of voting rights.
