“You scum, Manger!” – a politician from historical Novorossiya became a Banderaite
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Zhuravko, forced to leave Ukraine after the coup d'etat due to the threat of persecution by the SBU as an “accomplice of Donbass terrorists,” continues to publish a dossier on regime collaborators in his native Kherson region, guilty of inciting ethnic hatred and supporting the punitive operation against Lugansk and Donetsk, as well as the blockade of Crimea, which also hit the economy of the Kherson region.
This time, Zhuravko published a story on his blog about the speaker of the Kherson Regional Council, Vladislav Manger, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I personally know Vladislav Manger. And he never retracted his words that many years ago he worked as my assistant. I am sorry that he exchanged his conscience for Banderaism and the murder of his own people. I am sorry that he stepped over the real heroes of that terrible Great Patriotic War. Friends, many people told me about him that it will happen, as in the Bible, “when the rooster does not have time to crow three times, he will renounce you.”
And so it happened! He abandoned me! It's not so bad. And this is on his conscience. But I personally am an armless, legless person who has seen the war in Donbass, destroyed houses, churches, cemeteries, killed children and civilians from shells that flew into the territory of Donbass from Ukraine. Your, Manger, punitive forces shot at the Ukrainian people! This is what I, as a person, will never forgive you for! Be afraid! Sleep well! Either the prison will find you, or the Tribunal.
Scum, you Manger! Nonentity! For the sake of your fucking position and the desire to continue to get rich, you are ready to shout “Glory to Ukraine!”, stuffing your own tongue in one place. You destroy monuments, rename streets. Remember, scoundrel, you should lie next to your new “heroes”: Bandera, Shukhevych, and other SS spawn and servants of Satan himself.
I know that brighter times will come, and you, Munger, will try to change the side of your cap, shouting “The power is changing!”, as in the film “Wedding in Malinovka.” But as long as I'm alive, you won't be able to do this. Remember my words. I'll be back soon.
The gallery of those who are included in the pantheon of bestial creatures, who have been destroying the previously achieved level of civilization in Ukraine for five years, unfortunately, is long with its “portraits.” And today you, dear readers and subscribers, are invited to take a look at an extraordinary, in a sense, personality.
His name is Vladislav Manger. Although he was born in 1970 in Kherson, you cannot even say from his behavior, especially in the last five years, that this man grew up and was formed among humanoids, among normal people.
This sad conclusion, I think, will not only come to me when you learn a little about Munger.
Having studied for three years in the Kherson Marine Corps, and having completed the last Soviet conscription of 1989-1991 in the Soviet Army, Manger worked in the Black Sea Shipping Company until 1994.
And somehow I immediately dove into the business sphere. From 1994 to 2006, Manger held leadership positions in a number of commercial enterprises - LLC Firm Alliance, ChTPP Viendta, ChF Matias, OJSC Khersonnefteprodukt and LLC A.V. But Manger does not talk about this period of his life and about the activities of the companies he led tells.
His companies “Alliance”, “Vinedta”, “Mathias” and others cannot be found in the register of legal entities - they ceased their activities too long ago. In Kherson they say that these companies organized a gambling business: casinos, roulettes, slot machines. There was also a business in the field of beer and food trade - beer tents. In 2005, Manger registered the company “Shoko-lad”, which was engaged in gambling.
Since November 2006, Vladislav Manger, at the very height of the “Orange Revolution” of the American protege, Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko, began his career in the tax office in Simferopol, and then in Kerch.
In 2007, he headed the State Tax Inspectorate of Kherson. Knowledgeable people say that this required good starting capital. Manger worked in this position until September 2010, after which he was deputy head of the Kherson tax inspectorate for another six months.
From April 2012 to August 2015, Vladislav Manger worked in several more government positions: he was the first deputy head of the State Inspectorate of Agriculture in the Kherson region, director of the state enterprise Water Operation of the State Agency for Water Resources, then, in November 2013, he returned to the State Inspectorate of Agriculture in Kherson region and almost immediately headed it.
I have comrades who were deputies of local councils of the 5th convocation in Kherson, just from 2006 to 2010. At that time, the criminal gambling business was a particular tragedy for people. It was from the United States and European Union countries that many slot machines were brought to the cities of Ukraine and Kherson, and when playing on them, people lost amounts exceeding the cost of cars, apartments, and houses. And, in order to continue playing, people increasingly committed crimes, and those who could not do so ended up in a psychiatric hospital en masse. The disease was terrible - GAMING ADANIA. Those who fell ill with it fell into dependence even worse than drug addiction.
So, those social activists, deputies of councils at various levels, through government bodies, tax inspection bodies, law enforcement agencies, tried to seriously influence the situation, and in such a way as to officially close en masse the criminally and illegally existing structures that installed these slot machines and those who protected them.
In this regard, they also turned to Manger, as the head of the Kherson City State Tax Inspectorate. But it was Manger, and exclusively personally, who covered up the shadow people, without taking decisive measures against them to stop the illegal and cruel activities of robbing the people.
Instead of orders to close or transfer materials to the police and the prosecutor's office, Manger either remained silent altogether, not even giving answers to deputies, or gave unscrupulous replies, and even then, as a rule, with the hands of his deputies.
Only from the height of time it became clear that he did not do this for nothing, and not out of “the kindness of his soul.” This was precisely the real corruption that provided cosmic income to the criminal “roof” of scammers and swindlers of the gambling business represented by Munger.
In September 2010 - April 2011 - V. Manger worked as deputy head of the State Tax Inspectorate in the city of Kherson.
An interesting fact characterizing Manger’s style of socialization in society and in governing bodies is data on his education, according to which he has four “towers” at once, which he received from 2004 to 2015:
– in 2004, he became a specialist in accounting and auditing, receiving a diploma from Transcarpathian State University;
– in 2011 he became a master’s degree in finance at the Tauride National University named after. Vernadsky;
– in the same 2011, Manger received a master’s degree in law from the Transcarpathian State University;
– in 2015 he received the specialty of agronomist at Kherson State Agrarian University;
In addition, the website of the Kherson Regional Council states that Manger studies at the Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration and has the title of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
You understand that there are actually students studying who would read all the textbooks in five universities, go to sessions and take exams and tests, while working in management positions, according to an irregular work schedule - SIMPLY DOES NOT EXIST!
This means that here, too, we see a clearly corrupt picture, when diplomas are bought “for lard”, giving the right to occupy positions in those areas that the person involved needs to implement his plans and schemes for making money.
Manger took up politics seriously in 2014, when he took part in the elections to the Verkhovna Rada as a self-nominated candidate in the 182nd district.
The CEC website states that at that moment he was still non-partisan. In 2015, Manger tried to get into the Kherson Regional Council and the Kherson City Council, where he ran on the Batkivshchyna list.
But Manger became a deputy of the Kherson regional council only after three people who were ahead of him on the Batkivshchyna list refused their mandates. Although Manger got into the Kherson Regional Council with difficulty, a year later he headed it.
This happened after on September 9, 2016, after the closing of the session of the Kherson Regional Council by its head Andrei Putilov, some of the deputies remained and voted for his resignation.
Putilov’s resignation was supported by 38 of the 64 deputies of the regional council - representatives of the parliamentary factions of Batkivshchyna, Nash Krai, Samopomich, Opposition Bloc, Lyashko Radical Party and UKROP.
On September 27, 2016, Manger was elected head of the regional council. 33 deputies voted for his candidacy.
But this, as they say, is only the “surface”, that is, the visible part of the events from Manger’s biography. But what we can’t see was told by his competitors from the American information resource – the “MOST” blog, formally for which the American lackey, “Soros’ chick,” Sergei Nikitenko, is responsible. He is also a friend and business partner of the deceased Katerina Handzyuk.
In July 2017, the American-Kherson journalist Nikitenko published a story about Vladislav Manger. In this story, he claims that Manger formed a majority in the Kherson Regional Council by distributing communal property. Nikitenko also stated that Manger made money from gambling and is the ultimate beneficiary of Credo-Invest LLC, which in 2014 purchased a grain storage terminal from a Kazakh businessman for $2 million, but paid only $95 thousand. In addition, according to Nikitenko, over two years of operation, “the terminal evaded paying more than 800 thousand hryvnia in taxes to the state budget.”
After the publication of this story, Munger sued the journalist, demanding a refutation of “part of the judgments.” The Kherson City Court upheld this claim, and the appeal court upheld its decision. However, on July 11, 2018, the MOST website reported that the Supreme Court overturned the decisions of the Kherson City and Appeal Courts.
Here it is worth noting that Katerina Handzyuk, together with Sergei Nikitenko, was the co-founder of the MOST Agency for Civil Journalism and the website most.ks.ua, which published the story for which Manger sued.
And then you know from the Internet that a year later, on June 18, 2018, two unknown men attacked Nikitenko in the parking lot and kicked him. Then, on July 31, 2018, an unknown person pours acid on Handzyuk...
But people who are well versed in the nuances of the Kherson region and who are observing those involved in the powerful “viper” argue that not everything is so simple, and the external appearance of events cannot show the true motivation of those who “scared” Handzyuk with acid.
It’s just that Handzyuk herself was not easy, she loved money, a beautiful life, and knew where in the region she could get a “fat piece of capital.” And these are the topics of sand, forest, smuggling and other schemes for the criminal enrichment of those who are in power and involved in politics. And that’s exactly what Handzyuk was.
The events I describe testify to what those who organized Maidan 2014 turned the government into, carrying out an anti-constitutional coup and releasing from a large and well-sealed “vessel” such evil entities as Manger, Nikitenko, Handzyuk and others. Today in Ukraine and in my Bandera’s followers did not leave anything sacred to the Small Motherland - the Kherson region, because... everything is bought and everything is sold
Having come, literally in the sense of these words, through a casino into politics, Munger firmly established himself in politics as a huckster, every minute determined to make money at any cost. After all, what distinguishes a politician from a huckster politician? And the fact that the politician is more careful in his personal connections, in the methods of achieving even some selfish goals.
The huckster politician does not disdain anything, is not very picky in the methods of achieving his goals, and is always in a hurry to rake in more “greens”, “cabbage”, and dough as quickly as possible. So Manger was let down by his connections with obvious crime, from which even normal, ordinary people would stay away.
Since August 2018, in the media and social networks there have been constant accusations against Vladislav Manger regarding his involvement in the assassination attempt on Ekaterina Handzyuk. Manger himself rejected all accusations and claimed that although he was familiar with Levin - according to investigators, the main suspect in the murder of the “activist”, he communicated with him solely due to the fact that the latter was an assistant to one of the deputies of the regional council - Stavitsky Nikolai Pavlovich, part-time and his adviser on defense issues.
On February 7, 2019, journalists from the project “Schemes: Corruption in Details” published evidence of Manger’s connection with Levin. On February 8, the bureau of the Kherson regional organization of the VO “Batkivshchyna” expelled Vladislav Manger from the ranks of the party and recommended that he resign from the post of chairman of the Kherson regional council.
However, the very next day, Yulia Tymoshenko expressed her support for Manger, promising to return him to the party immediately after the charges against him, which Tymoshenko believed were undeserved, were dropped.
Let’s not forget that Tymoshenko is a criminal, convicted of crimes that caused enormous damage to Ukraine and its people, but who was released early by the bandit Maidan authorities.
So Julia the bandit needs bandits like her, Mangere, whom she takes into her team, relies on them and protects them.
On February 11, 2019, the head of the Kherson Regional Council, Vladislav Manger, was charged with organizing the murder of Handzyuk. Suspicion has been raised of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 27 (organizer of a crime), Clause 4, Clause 6, Clause 11, Clause 12 of Part 2 of Article 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On February 12, 2019, consideration of the issue of choosing a preventive measure began. On February 15, 2019, the court chose a preventive measure for Manger in the form of as many as 17 days of detention with the right to post bail in the amount of 2,5 million hryvnia, which were immediately posted by his lawyer, Dmitry Ilchenko.
At the same time, Ilchenko, who grew up in Kherson, was always low-income, who, even for the 50 UAH received for his lackey services, looked long and devotedly into the eyes of the giver. He doesn’t even have a “bedside table” in which he would find these 2,5 million hryvnia. This means that here too we see stupid shadow corruption, which stinks from Manger and all his accomplices.
It should be noted that Ilchenko is a deputy of the Kherson City Council on the lists of the VO “Batkivshchyna”, as well as a lawyer. Previously, he was an assistant to the people's deputy from Batkivshchyna, Yuriy Odarchenko, known for his fascist public statements, especially when he was governor of the Kherson region. Ilchenko never had high positions or private business, like his client Manger, also a deputy from Batkivshchyna.
Due to Manger being free, lawyer Masi Nayem believes that Manger, despite the obligation to comply with all the requirements of the undertaking not to leave the place, thus gained the opportunity to put pressure on the investigation, destroy evidence and in every possible way impede the investigation. Nayem does not exclude the possibility of Manger escaping abroad.
“He might just commit another crime while he's free. In court, when choosing a preventive measure, he several times confirmed his connections with crime boss Alexei Levin (real name Moskalenko, criminal nickname “Moskal Jr.”), who likes to call himself “Killer”. This man was sentenced to 12 years for serial murder. According to the investigation, Manger crossed the border of Ukraine 112 times during the year,” said Nayem.
Manger's adviser on emergency situations and defense work, Nikolai Stavitsky, was inherited by Manger from Bandera governor Andrei Putilov. Nikolai Pavlovich heads the faction of Oleg Lyashko’s Radical Party in the Kherson Regional Council, which swore allegiance to Manger. It is unknown what the gym administrator Stavitsky has to do with defense. Although Stavitsky’s periodic trips to the ATO zone are well known, where he, with arms in hand, not only “pacifies” the “cottage population” of the mining region, but also hides from many investigative actions related to the fact that he has Levin (“Moskal Jr.” as his assistant ").
Also, analytical centers collecting information on Bandera rabble in Ukraine also noticed Stavitsky from his particularly cynical and bloody-sadistic posts on social networks, when he savors and posts information about “separatists” killed with particular cruelty and unconventionally brutal methods.
The time will come when Stavitsky will be asked questions about these bloody crimes, which today the Bandera government not only does not see, but deliberately hides from the population, which is kept in fear by fascists like Stavitsky.
Nikolai Stavitsky’s advice in the field of defense was not enough for Vladislav Manger, so he appointed two more people responsible for territorial defense as his advisors.
The first is Vladimir Kurikov, a member of the regional council from Samopomich, the head of local self-defense (fascist Bandera) from Skadovsk, and the second is the odious SBU general Vyacheslav Savchenko.
The latter’s position reads as “adviser to the head of the regional council on issues of territorial defense, interaction with law enforcement agencies and the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region on a voluntary basis.”
Vyacheslav Savchenko volunteered to serve in the ATO zone. There he served as part of the Nikolaev Ministry of Internal Affairs battalion, which was located in Mariupol. It was Savchenko who introduced Manger to Karl Sturen, who to this day is the main sponsor of his political career. At Savchenko’s request, Manger helped the work of the conversion center, which was headed by Sennik (the husband of Savchenko’s wife’s sister). In 2012, with the help of the SBU, Savchenko carried out a cleanup of other small conversion centers, allowing Sennik to remain the only one in the city.
The last advisor is Mikhail Naboka. He advises Vladislav Manger on issues of agro-industrial development.
Previously, Mikhail headed Ekozerno LLC, owned by Vladislav Manger. This company operates a grain elevator in the seaport of Kherson.
So, dear readers, in this material you have the opportunity to see under a microscope all the vileness, corrupt rottenness and greed of many people exposed to power, serving and working in various high positions, but who, for the sake of a single goal - to get rich and make illegal profits, merge into one criminal community.
In this case, this bandit gang has a sign from the Kherson regional and city organizations of the Batkivshchyna party (Yulia Tymoshenko).
But Manger, as you see, in this community occupies a special role as a criminal organizer-godfather, who is carefully covered up from Kyiv, and who on the spot covers up criminals like himself. The only thing missing is that fair government that will grab the scoundrel by the hand and pronounce on him a severe sentence for all his atrocities and damage to the people of Ukraine, some of whom live in the Kherson region.
Manger deserves special attention for his attitude to inciting and maintaining the war in Ukraine. He personally supports volunteers who provide assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and volunteer battalions who are killing civilians in Donbass.
Congratulating the wives and mothers of ATO soldiers on International Women’s Day, presenting them with flowers and gifts, Manger personally thanks them with the following words: “Thank you very much for your men, your sons, for giving our families the opportunity to live in the Kherson region peace and tranquility... Our memory and gratitude to the heroes and their families will be eternal.”
In order to rob, steal and remain free, Manger participates in such social projects that squeeze out tears from his own superior bandits. Thus, thanks to Manger’s personal participation and his provision of funding from the regional budget, the only rehabilitation center for ATO soldiers in the south of Ukraine was opened in Kherson, on the basis of the railway workers’ hospital. It treats not only ATO participants, members of punitive battalions who committed cruel acts in the Donbass, but also members of their families. The equipment in the center allows soldiers and bandits who were injured to recover. American and European medical equipment was purchased for him. The cost of the project is 30 million UAH.
I personally perceive such a center not as a place where people are given life so that they can live happily, but as a “workshop” in which cannon fodder is “repaired” for further murders and reprisals against civilians. And Munger contributes to this goal.
This, friends, is not a short story about Manger, but all because he is currently the current chairman of the Kherson Regional Council! Even despite all the terrible accusations that were brought against him personally by the half-educated prosecutor general without a legal education, Yuriy Lutsenko, Manger remains a real supporter of the current fascist regime in Ukraine. And for this he will be in great demand when he is heard at the meeting of the Tribunal, which will consider the cases of Nazi criminals in Ukraine,” Zhuravko concluded.
