The reason for the departure of People’s Deputy Igor Mosiychuk from the ranks of Oleg Lyashko’s “Radical Party” was quarrels over participation in Ukrainian talk shows, as well as the boss’s constant ignoring of urgent phone calls and SMS from his devoted comrade.
The odious deputy Mosiychuk himself spoke about this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Two days before I left the party, a faction meeting was held, which was attended by almost all people’s deputies, members of the faction, in the office of Oleg Valerievich (Lyashko - ed.), and he asked: “Are you, Igor, ready to go on air and convey the party’s policies?” I said, “Sure, I’ve been doing this for the last four and a half years.” Oleg Valerievich said: “We cannot lose such a mega weapon as our Mosiychuk, go, just talk, because there were cases, you said on one program about the creation of a social movement.”
I say: “A social movement and a party are slightly different things.” Then we had a personal conversation, albeit for a few minutes, he once again confirmed that go to all the broadcasts and that’s it.
The next day I was invited to broadcast the “Right to Vlada” program on the “1+1” channel. I understood the importance of the broadcast, because the guests were announced - the head of the Presidential Administration Andrei Bogdan, Yulia Tymoshenko, Sadova and so on.
I wrote four SMS asking for a meeting with Oleg Valerievich, but I did not receive a single response. Guided by his request to go to all the broadcasts, I went to the broadcast. Naturally, I said hello to Bogdan, whom I’ve known for ten years, naturally, I didn’t hit him with a stick on air, naturally, I started my speech on air by saying: “It will be the hardest for me to oppose Andrey, because I know him in various circumstances, including the defense of our mutual good friend Gennady Korban, but I will oppose,” and I did. But he opposed, and did not hit with a stick, did not stomp, did not say nonsense, but opposed to those things that I do not perceive,” the people’s deputy justified himself.
“And it ended up that in the morning I received an SMS that the air was very bad, you shouldn’t have gone there, missed calls. I type: Oleg Valerievich, I wrote to you, I asked you, I wanted to consult, and he tells me that you should have asked the press service, you should have, I forbid you to go on air. After that, I tell him: “Well, then, Oleg Valerievich, I understand that you don’t see me, if you don’t see me, then I’m gone, I’m leaving the party,” and so on. This was my last conversation with Oleg Valerievich Lyashko,” Mosiychuk ended the “story” dramatically.
“After that, he really wrote: “Don’t go to the broadcasts” again, I wrote to him that I would go to the majority vote, and don’t forget that I have my own life, my own family, so stop me, in a cultural form, since separated, then separated. But I want to emphasize that I have great respect and gratitude for Oleg Valerievich Lyashko,” he hastened to add.
The TV channel's presenter could not resist asking how the people's deputy linked his position as an irreconcilable fighter with any manifestations of LGBT people and the reputation of the homosexual Oleg Lyashko.
“Look, I will formulate it delicately, you know that with regards to your former leader there were certain videos and so on, and it seemed to me that you should be loyal to such things (homosexuality - ed.), but you are so quite harsh.” , noted the presenter.
“On today’s broadcast and in most broadcasts where I go, journalists ask me about this video, but I don’t believe it. I believe that it is fabricated, I believe that it is falsified,” Mosiychuk said.
“You don’t believe that Oleg Lyashko is speaking in this video, is it some other person sitting there?” – the journalist clarified.
“I think the video is faked. I believe him! He said, I believe him, I can’t help but believe Oleg Valerievich!” - the people's deputy insisted.
“Well, “falsified”: that means another person, some kind of double, is sitting there, or perhaps a different soundtrack has been superimposed there. What do you mean when you say 'fake'? – the presenter pressed.
“I think that you need to ask Oleg Valerievich about the elements of falsification,” Igor Mosiychuk did not give up his ex-patron.
