Same-sex marriages are being forced on Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Serbs are not touched yet
The government of Bosnia (the Muslim entity within Bosnia and Herzegovina) has appointed a working group to develop a bill that will regulate the rights of same-sex couples.
This was reported by BalkanInsight, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The bill will be developed at the request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is noteworthy that the federal government did not dare to put forward similar demands to the Serbian entity of the Republika Srpska.
The chairman of the inter-ministerial working group, Sead Lisak, said the working group will hold its first session in April and will meet with civil society organizations working primarily on issues affecting same-sex couples.
Same-sex partnerships in Bosnia are not legally recognized in any of its entities. Participants in LGBT events regularly complain of mistreatment and violence.
Thus, the European Union continues to impose its dubious values on a Muslim country. Despite negative public opinion, the first so-called “Pride March”, that is, a gay pride parade, took place in Sarajevo last September. To achieve this, the police had to take unprecedented security measures.
A pan-European gay pride parade is scheduled to be held in Sarajevo in 2022.
