It is reported by Sky News.

“We don't want to tarnish Islam with this man. We will not participate in preparing the body for the funeral,” said Mohammed Karabakh, the imam of one of the local mosques.

However, he noted that if the mayor's office and Karmish's family ask to bury him, the Muslim community will be forced to appoint a person to fulfill this request.

In northern France, on July 26, two terrorists took several people hostage in a church. One of them was Adele Karmish. The attackers were later killed by the police, and a priest was killed by terrorists in the church.

The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack.
