Muzhdabaev complains to foreign intelligence services: “We were abandoned and left without money”
The intelligence services of Ukraine and other countries of the world must figure out why the Ukrainian authorities do not want to finance the Majlis TV channel ATR, which is deprived of state support.
This was stated by his deputy director, fugitive Russian liberal propagandist Aider Muzhdabaev, on the air of ATR, a private TV channel owned by the organizer of the blockade of Crimea, former Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea, businessman Lenur Islyamov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Muzhdabaev, with a strain in his voice that almost turned into a scream, criticized the Ukrainian government and said that it was not trustworthy.
“I have a question: why do these people help our torturers, why do they do what they shouldn’t do? Why are these people, holding positions in the Ukrainian government, in the government, I don’t know where else, absolutely silently watching how my people suffer? Why are these people doing everything to ensure that this TV channel goes out, so that this channel is not on the air in Ukraine, occupied Crimea, so that ATR does not show to the whole world what is happening in Crimea.
Whose orders are these people fulfilling, who do they work for and who are they connected to? I address this question to the SBU, I address this question to other intelligence services, to foreign intelligence services, to anyone, to the parliaments and peoples of the countries of the world - look at those people who are now in power in Ukraine, strangling the only Crimean Tatar TV channel.
Answer me, people in positions, what competitions should we submit these stories from the occupied Crimea to, with whom should we compete in covering these events? Who are you if you don’t hear the suffering of the people, the indigenous people of Ukraine, abandoned under occupation? Why are you deaf, blind, who gave you parliamentary mandates, who put you in these positions, what will your names and surnames be associated with later, when Crimea is liberated?
Yes, even in the coming years, when you, specifically you, who are now busy strangling ATR, will be pushed away from the trough? And this will definitely happen, because such people cannot - we do not trust you, such people who are now involved in the occupied territories, we do not trust you, you behave like enemies of our people, like people who do the same thing, but in a different way they mock Crimean Tatars. It’s like that there, but it’s like that here,” said Muzhdabaev.
