Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus: LGBT leads to an increase in sexual crimes
The British Embassy in Minsk today hung a rainbow flag for the LGBT community.
The official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus reports this with condemnation.
“On May 17, supporters of same-sex relationships have designated for themselves a certain holiday date. For our country, this day was not and is not significant. The priority of the socially oriented policy of the Belarusian state is the protection of motherhood and childhood, the protection of the institution of family. The Ministry of Internal Affairs stands guard over these values as well.
Our position remains unchanged: artificially inflating the topic of same-sex relationships is destructive, violates moral standards, and leads to an increase in sexual crimes against children!” the message says.
